    Creating a menu for the soul is as vital as planning
    nutritious meals for the body.
    This is a forum for the development of ways to nourish
    your soul, and the souls of your children, your family,
    and your friends.

    Messages to your Soul: The Rod and the Staff
    We are prodded along by life's occurrences, and are
    often reined in and may suffer from them. If an
    occurrence is perplexing, it well may be a message to
    your soul, and a call for reflection. The concepts of the
    Divine Rod and Staff will be explored with the goal of
    deciphering and realizing life's messages, and working
    with this energy.

    Angels, Friends and Foe
    Life's greatest challenges are often those presented by
    those people closest to us. Jewish faith is that these
    challenges are not random, but are signposts to the
    purpose of existence, and are custom-made
    opportunities to develop and realize greatness of spirit.
    In this workshop we will explore and practice soulful
    responses to interpersonal challenges that will facilitate
    spiritual growth.
