Judaism is rich in meditation traditions. This workshop will explore mediation, visualizations and mantras from the Jewish perspective.
Communing with The Divine
A experiential workshop incorporates a variety of techniques, enabling one to know how to meditate upon and commune with G*d.
Seeing the Divine
The presence of deep spiritual energy is around us at all times. It is most easily sensed in the midst of nature. We gather at the beach or a park during off hours for an unobstructed view of the energy.
The Prayer Book
The prayer books used today are based upon the deepest insights of the ancient kabalists. If you have ever been bored in services, this class is for you. Gain an appreciation for the words and prayer structure that will change your experience during services.
The Informal G*d
A workshop on schmoozing from the heart with G*d. In contrast to concept of the formal, almighty majestic G*d, which evokes deep awe and calls for a reverential approach, Judaisim also has a concept of a benevolent heavenly father who is accessible and informal.
Shared Transformational Experiences
A "safe-space" informal gathering where people can share personal spiritual experiences without fear of being criticized or judged.
Coming of Age Spiritually:
Bar and Bat Mitzvah for Adults
If you didn’t have a Bar or Bat Mitzvah when you were young, now is the time to explore and prepare for this essential connection to Jewish adulthood.
